Explore a Meaningful Start with Our Volunteering Experience Program (VEP)
The Dynamics EIP Volunteering Experience Program (VEP) offers students and fresh graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an early intervention setting. Ideal for individuals passionate about working with children, the program immerses volunteers in real classroom environments, supporting teachers and learning directly from experienced speech and occupational therapists.
Whether you’re pursuing a career in education, psychology, or therapy, VEP provides valuable exposure, skill-building, and professional insights. Many of our past volunteers have gone on to become dedicated professionals in the field. If you’re eager to learn, contribute, and make a positive impact, this is the place to start.
What is the VEP?
Our Volunteering Experience Programme is designed for students and fresh graduates who are eager to explore the rewarding field of early intervention and education. It provides a hands-on opportunity to work directly with children in a supportive learning environment, guided by experienced professionals.
Volunteers actively support classroom activities, assist with group management and transitions, and work alongside teachers to engage children in small-group learning. They also gain valuable exposure to speech and occupational therapy sessions, experiencing how these are integrated into an early intervention setting.
Many of our past volunteers describe this as an eye-opening and inspiring experience. Several have gone on to pursue careers in special education, speech therapy, and occupational therapy after their time with us.
This programme is not just about volunteering, it’s a chance to make a difference, learn from experts, and take the first step towards a meaningful career helping children thrive.
How long can I volunteer?
The minimum volunteering period is one month, with at least 10 volunteering days within that time. Most volunteers attend around three sessions per week, though the schedule can vary. Opportunities are available during regular EIP classes as well as our June/July Holiday Programme.
Volunteers may choose between:
Morning sessions: 9:00 am – 1:30 pm
Afternoon sessions: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Full-day sessions: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
All volunteers report directly to the Head of EIP. With a proactive spirit, openness to learning, and a willingness to take initiative, volunteers will find the experience both rewarding and enjoyable, while making a real difference in the lives of our students.
