Ready Set Go!

What it's about:

The Class Readiness programme builds the core foundation of school behaviours and learning targets. It focuses on skills children need in their early preschool years, such as sitting for activities, taking turns, joint attention, following routines, and listening to teacher instructions. Language, social development, toilet training and self-help skills are emphasised alongside pre-academics, tailored to each child’s level.

Who it's for: 3 - 4 years old

Young children preparing for preschool who need support in adapting to group routines, developing foundation skills, and strengthening early communication and social skills.

Programme Highlights:

  • Group and individual learning activities

  • Turn-taking games, circle time, and routine-following

  • Pre-academics: sorting, matching, and classifying objects, recognising patterns and sequences, understanding cause and effect, memory and recall, and basic problem-solving, while also introducing foundation literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Language-building activities and peer interaction

  • Early self-help (feeding, toileting, dressing)

Targeted Skills:

  • Group participation and classroom behaviour

  • Joint attention, listening, and following instructions

  • Language and social communication

  • Early pre-academic foundations
