Empowering Every Child to Thrive
At Dynamics Early Intervention Programme (EIP), we support children aged 2 to 6 with developmental, behavioural, or learning needs to build the foundational skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. Our individualised, multidisciplinary approach ensures each child receives the right support to make meaningful, measurable progress.
Our Values
To nurture confident, capable learners through personalised, evidence-based intervention in a caring, inclusive environment.
Mission
To unlock every child’s potential, academically, socially, and emotionally, by meeting them where they are and guiding them forward.
Vision Statement
We embrace neurodiversity and believe every child deserves respect, understanding, and tailored support. We partner closely with families to create a collaborative, compassionate environment focused on genuine growth and lasting impact.
Aims
Our aims have been influenced by the British National Curriculum for special needs students. At Dynamics EIP, we strive to help children become:
- Successful learners who enjoy their experiences in the class make progress by meeting the objectives within our curriculum and achieve at their own level.
- Confident individuals who are able to make their needs known and express their opinions, who are willing and able to engage in the activities at Dynamics Early Intervention Programme and the wider community, and who are more able to make the choices which will allow them to lead safe, healthy and fulfilling lives.
- Responsible citizens who can build relationships with other people, take an interest in the world around them and make a positive contribution to the community and environment of which they are a part of.

Dynamics Early Intervention Programme is committed to ensuring that every pupil receives an education that enables them to attain the highest levels of achievement possible. We have created the most stimulating learning environment, relevant and challenging curriculum and an active partnership with parents and the communities in which our students live, work and play. It really is a place to build dreams. Don’t take our word for it, find out for yourself!
