Jason, a 3-year-old boy enrolled in our Early Intervention Program (EIP), radiates intelligence and enthusiasm. Initially, he joined us with limited verbal skills and an intense fascination with vehicles, especially cars. Jason faced several obstacles, including difficulties in regulating his emotions, experiencing meltdowns when toys were taken away, and displaying a strong attachment to his parents. Furthermore, he lacked important preparatory skills for the classroom, such as sitting patiently, waiting for his turn, and engaging in tabletop activities. However, thanks to the collaborative efforts of our committed team, Jason's progress has been truly remarkable.
In a mere three months of being part of our EIP, Jason has flourished into a self-assured and expressive young boy. He no longer relies on tears to express his desires, as he can now effectively communicate with his teachers and articulate his needs. His vocabulary has expanded exponentially, enabling him to effortlessly construct meaningful sentences. This newfound ability has empowered Jason to actively engage with his peers, initiating conversations and enthusiastically participating in interactive play.
One of the most extraordinary transformations we have witnessed in Jason is his emotional growth. Through our program, he has learned to regulate his emotions, expressing his feelings with words rather than experiencing overwhelming meltdowns.
